CHRISTINA
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Christina joined our team in 2019. She enjoys being part of an amazing team with an excellent doctor who is always willing to learn and advance, and brings a positive attitude with her each day as she helps patients understand their treatment plans and schedule their visits. She loves everything about dentistry, and being part of a great team is a joy.

Christina and her husband are empty nesters, but have three dogs, a cat and a tortoise to keep them busy and entertained. Outside the office, she enjoys kayaking, going to concerts, jeeping and camping.

KJ
DENTAL HYGIENIST

KJ graduated from the dental hygiene school at Phoenix College and joined Desert Vista Dental West in July 2004. She loves being part of an office where we have fun and laugh a lot. She also enjoys the loyalty of our patients and the relationships she has built with them over time – KJ not only treats them but knows them and their families, and has watched our patients’ children grow up and have children of their own.

KJ is married with four children and three granddaughters. She loves the outdoors, beaches and warm weather, and in her free time likes to work out and stay active.

ASHLEY
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Ashley attended the University of Wyoming for her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene and Northern Wyoming Community College for her Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene, both of which she achieved in 2013. She also received the Outstanding Service Learning Student award and the Most Outstanding Achievement in Community Dental Health Award in 2013. Ashley loves the excellent service provided at Desert Vista Dental West in a fun, enjoyable and welcoming environment. She works hard to provide a comfortable atmosphere while working closely with her patients to improve their oral health.

Ashley is originally from Wyoming and moved to Arizona in 2001 and to Goodyear in 2023. Her family still lives in Wyoming, and during the colder months they often come to visit and stay with her for a while. Outside the office, she enjoys playing in a racquetball league, golfing, kayaking, paddleboarding and working on DYI projects on her house. She also finds time to work for an architectural firm as a CAD drafter.

KRISTEN
DENTAL HYGIENIST

Kristen graduated from Phoenix College in 1996 with her Associates of Science degree in dental hygiene. She worked for Dr. Collier from 2010-2014, and rejoined our team in 2023, temping for our office when she can. She appreciates the quality of care our dentist and team offer, and enjoys promoting dental health as well as building relationships with our patients. As a dental hygienist with over 28 years of experience, Kristen believes that the women she works with at Desert Vista Dental West are the best in their field – they are confident, knowledgeable and, most important, compassionate and kind. Kristen feels fortunate to work with them.

Kristen and her husband, Todd, have been married for 27 years and have two sons, ages 24 and 20. They enjoy spending time with their sons. Their 20-year-old is a college baseball player and they attend as many of his games as possible.

MILA
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Mila attended Phoenix College and Rio Salado College for her Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years, and has been part of Desert Vista Dental West since 2015. She loves helping our patients feel like family as they achieve their dental goals, and Mila’s ultimate goal is to help everyone love their beautiful, healthy smile. She enjoys being part of a practice that is individual and patient-focused rather than a corporation, as well as working with a dentist who shares her dental values and where everyone contributes to both the practice and the fun atmosphere.

Mila was born in Lima, Peru, and raised in New York City, and is fluent in Spanish. She has been married for over 25 years and has two teenage daughters, two golden doodles and one sheepadoodle. Outside the office, Mila enjoys traveling the world to discover different cultures and history, volunteering in our community and studying the Bible.

TIFFANY
LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

Tiffany joined our team in 2018, and has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She is detail-oriented and an excellent multitasker, and works hard to make sure our office runs smoothly. Tiffany loves seeing our patients’ smiles transform and the renewed confidence it brings them.

Tiffany is a native of Wisconsin, and has one daughter, McKenzy. In her free time she enjoys arts and crafts, shopping and working out.

ANGELA
DENTAL ASSISTANT

Angela graduated from the Apollo College dental assisting program and joined our team in 2009. She enjoys working for a dentist who loves what they do and who values providing a high quality of care. She has worked with Dr. Collier since 2007, and patients love that Angela and Dr. Collier can almost read each other’s minds when they work together.

Angela and her husband, Erik, have been married for 15 years. They were both born and raised in Arizona, though Angela moved to Vegas for two years in 2019 before returning here. They have two sons, ages 12 and 14, who share the same birthday! Outside the office, Angela enjoys long bike rides, hiking with her mother, enjoying her beautiful backyard and vacationing with her family.

DANIELLE
DENTAL ASSISTANT

Danielle graduated from the Arizona College of Allied Health dental assisting program and joined our team in June 2022. She maintains a positive attitude and works hard to help patients feel more at ease in the dental chair. Danielle loves the connection our team has at the office – we feel more like family than coworkers, and this is what makes our practice successful.

Danielle is an Arizona native and loves her state and all its culture and diversity. Danielle and her husband have two boys and a husky, Bowzer. When not in the office, Danielle can be found bike riding and spending time with her family.

Kortney
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Kortney joined Desert Vista Dental West in February 2024. She enjoys being part of a welcoming office where each day is enjoyable and where we provide a unique experience. She considers her patients like family, and enjoys having the opportunity to build lasting relationships with them. As a new team member, Kortney’s goal is to bring a new perspective, eagerness to learn and positive attitude with her each day. With her willingness to learn and adapt, she hopes to assist in the growth of our practice. Being part of Desert Vista Dental West is truly rewarding, and interacting with patients daily to help them with their dental needs and have a positive impact on not only their oral health but overall experience, brings Kortney great joy.

Kortney and her husband, Stephen, have three wonderful children, Matthew, Charlotte and Logan. They enjoy sports and quality time together as a family.
